Use of the Bathrobe UK Website
By completing your customer registration and placing an order with us, you agree to our terms of sales. A sales contract exists between us only once the goods have been despatched to you.
Personalisation for robes
We will customise your robe based on the font shown. In the absence of clear guidelines our design team will interpret your requirements to the best of their ability which will then be non-returnable except where clear errors are made.
Payment of the products
We take payments on-line using Paypal. These are secure methods of payment and you can use any major debit or credit card which will be processed by PayPal as the merchant. We also take bank transfer or you can send a cheque if you like.
If you like to return the item which you are not happy with for another item (e.g. another colour or size etc) then please do note that you would need to pay postage again to have another new item sent from us. In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, or if we have made an error in the personalisation phase, please contact us with the order details and we will advise you how to return the item. We will pay for the return postage, and either refund or replace the faulty item. Please do have a proof of delivery back to us may be required.
Personalised robes or any other item which we offer or embroidered or printed items may not be returned unless the product is faulty, or we have made an error. Please do note bathrobes may have +/1 or 2 inches in measurements due to the nature of the terry fabric.
You can cancel an order by email (using contact form) within 7 days from the day following the date of delivery, unless we have already started to personalise your order. In the event of cancellation of an order all refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Please do note that delivery costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for returning the item to us in the same condition as it was supplied to you. Delivery of personalised garments
To allow us sufficient time to personalise your order according to your instructions, we aim where possible to despatch within 6 working days from receipt of the order.
All goods are sent via DPD or UKMAIL which are signed for so please ensure that arrangements are made to receive delivery of your purchase. If no one is available to receive the goods our courier will leave a card giving contact details for their local depot. The goods will be held at that DPD or UKMAIL depo for a minimum of 7 days and if unclaimed will be returned to us. We would need to charge for a second despatch.
Where appropriate, VAT at 20% is included in our prices. Children's robes and clothing are exempt from VAT and is consequently not charged. Our VAT number is 374-8705-19
Please note if you are buying any item from outside the U.K., you are responsible for paying any import duties required by the destination country.
